This area is well-known for producing trophy-class bulls. It's an excellent place to hunt 320-350 class bulls, and there are bigger animals, especially in wet years such as 2015 when antler growth is exceptional due to great forage. Bulls in the 350-plus class were present last year, and with the fantastic forage available right now we're expecting that some really big bulls will be taken. The price of $9,000 per person includes a landowner voucher but not the state tag and license. You will have your own personal guide. There is no rifle season in this unit. The muzzleloader season takes place in November, and hunters may use modern muzzleloaders equipped with scopes. 209 shotgun primers are OK. Towns with motels are too far from many good hunting areas, so we normally stay in a travel trailer or a wall tent and the meals are prepared by the guides. You have the option of staying in a motel in a nearby town, but that involves extra driving each daty. Motel accommodations and restaurant meals are your responsibility if you choose to stay in town, but our outfitter will cover the fuel necessary for daily travel to and from hunting areas.
